Ray is a successful entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in building, growing, and profitably exiting a diverse number of businesses spanning a variety of industries. Ray is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Vancouver's leading entrepreneurship facility, Launch Academy, as well as COO of the publicly traded digital technology generator, LX Ventures. Mr. Walia holds the designation of Certified Management Accountant.
Kevin Rathbun, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Rathbun is a subject matter expert in regards to financial markets and has been directly involved with numerous successful acquisitions, and divestiture transactions over the past 10 years. Since 2000, Kevin has been a partner at Watershed Capital Partners, an investment bank specializing in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. Mr. Rathbun has served as CFO of SBI Skin Biology since September 2005. He is also a director of Newstrike Capital Inc., a reporting issuer in Canada, and is CFO of LX Ventures. Mr.Rathbun holds the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner.
